About
What is ShowMe?
ShowMe is a slideshow software that helps you to create slideshow
from your favorite photo files and music files. You can customize
transition, text and shape effect for your slideshow. You can export
your slideshow to EXE, Screen Saver, VCD, DVD, Windows Media File
(ASF file) and web gallery(html slideshow). At last, you can upload
your exported file to your web site!
What is the system requirement?
You will need a PentiumIII 500M PC or higher, 128MB RAM or more. The
operating system should be Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows
NT 4.0, or Windows ME.
How
to Use
It’s very easy to make a stunning slideshow.
Let’s make a slideshow step by step.
1. Add several photos to the photo board, or
add blank thumbnails to.
Press“Add Photo”
or “New” button , double-clicking photo board to add photos.
Press "Add blank" 
button
to add blank thumbnails.
2. (optional)Add several music files by pressing
“Add music file” button, and you can press button “delete”
on music panel to delete music file.
3. (optional)Edit your slideshow by pressing
“Edit” button or double-clicking the photo thumbnail.
Edit your photo: Press the "Image" button
and go to the image panel. You can set the brightness, contrast, color
tone and the duration of your photo.
Edit your photo’s transition: Press the "Transition"
button and go to the transition panel. You can set the transition
and its duration for your photo. Press the “Randomize Tto all”
button, and you can add random shape effect for all your photos.
Add text to your photo: Press the "Text" button
and go to the text panel. You can add text for your photo.
Add shape effect to your photo: Press the "Effect"
button and go to the effect panel. You can add shape effect for your
photo by pressing "Apply"
button or double clicking the shape thumbnail. Press the “Randomize
To All” button, and you can add random transition for all your
photos.
Set background color for your photo: Press the “Set
background color”
button
to select color for your photo.
Crop your photo to get the part that you like by pressing
"Crop" 
button.
Attach an audio file to a photo. Press the "Attach
audio"
button to select one audio file or record one wave file, and attach
it to the selected photo. After one audio file is attached to the
photo, there will be one icon 
on
the photo thumbnail.
Synchronize photo duration to the music. Press the "Sync
to audio"
button to make photo track's duration equal to music's duration(by
lengthening or shortening photo's duration).
Set background image for your photo: Press the “Set
background image”
button to select background image for your photo. Note: when you set
the background image, the background color will be replaced by the
background image.
Apply to all: You can set the edit result to all your
photos by pressing button “Apply To All”.
4. Preview your slideshow
You can preview your slideshow by pressing "Play"
button, and in full screen mode by pressing "Full screen"
button. You can preview your slideshow repeatedly by checking the
"Loop"
button.
5. Export your slideshow
You can export your slideshow to EXE, SCR, DVD, VCD,
WMV(ASF) file and Web gallery(html and js file). Just select export
type in the combo box. When you select WMV type, you could set the
file quality by the quality slider or the quality edit box.
6. Upload your slideshow
You can upload your slideshow to your web site by pressing
button 
. Before you can
do this, you must set your host information in the option dialog.
In the option dialog, pressing "upload setting" button to
launch the web host setting dialog where you can set your host address(like
ftp://www.yourserver.com, or www.yourserver.com), user name, password
and remote path(like \john, \yourpath and so on).
7. Save your slideshow
After you finish your slideshow, you can save the slideshow
project to “.sm” file, then, you can edit your slideshow
project in the future.
